County Reinsurance, Limited was formed and created based upon a specific need that was not being met by the commercial insurance marketplace.

CRL was designed to specifically meet the needs of county risk pools. We were established in 1997 with 5 states and eight members. We have since grown to 21 states with 30 members as of 2023.
