We host an annual Spring Board Meeting in Vermont where CRL is domiciled. This meeting is held for the purpose of considering the financial statements and reports from CRL’s Audit, Claims, Investment, Meeting and Agenda, Strategic Planning, and Underwriting Committees.

This meeting serves the purpose of transacting any other business as may come before the meeting to include vendor updates and partner reports.

In addition to the Spring Board Meeting in Vermont, CRL hosts an annual Fall Board Meeting at various locations for the purpose of holding elections, considering the financial statements and reports from CRL’s Audit, Claims, Investment, Meeting and Agenda, Strategic Planning, and Underwriting Committees.

This meeting serves as the purpose of transacting any other business as may come before the meeting to include vendor updates and partner reports.

We also host trainings designed to meet the educational needs based upon current trends and issues impacting our members from across the country.
